What events do you cater to?
We do all sorts of occasions: airport pickups, regular transports, business events, weddings, birthdays, prom, Niagara tours, etc.
What if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
Your driver will be monitoring the status of your flight. As result, you will not be charged extra if your flight is delayed. If your flight is cancelled, contact us as soon as possible.
How early should I book my ride?
Of course, the earlier the better, but a 4 hour notice is ideal. For last minute bookings, please contact us by phone. For online reservations, you will receive a confirmation email within 3 hours. If you haven’t received an email, please call us directly.
Can you guarantee your driver will be on time?
As with any company, sometimes there are delays but if this is the case, our driver will update you with an estimated time frame of when they will arrive. Our driver will arrive 30 minutes after the plane lands for international flights and 20 minutes for local flights. These times are calculated based on average time taken at luggage and immigration, but contact us if you only have hand luggage and think that you will come more quickly than those estimated times.
